On March 15th, 2012, at about 1715 hours, the 911 center received a call from a citizen reporting a suspicious vehicle. The citizen told dispatchers that a vehicle with 4 subjects had been at a house in the 200 block of Village Drive and a male subject had been seen looking in the windows of the residence. The citizen followed the vehicle to the parking lot of the Del Rey Cafe on NE Stephens Street.

Deputies responded to the Del Rey Cafe and located the vehicle, a 1997 Buick 4 door. The above listed subjects occupied the vehicle.

Deputies checked the residence in the 200 block of Village Drive and found that it had been burglarized and no one was home. Deputies continued the investigation and located property (jewelry and video games) from the burglary in the vehicle at the cafe.

Deputies arrested Tyson Yoder and Cherie McNeil on charges of First Degree Burglary and First Degree Theft. Additionally Yoder was charged with Second Degree Criminal Trespass, Third Degree Criminal Mischief and Parole Violation. Both subjects were lodged in the county jail.

Joshua Dryden and Lindsey Linderman, both passengers in the vehicle, were arrested on charges of Unlawful Possession of Heroin.
