On 05-10-13, the Douglas County Sheriff’s Office and Roseburg Police Department recovered the body of an unidentified adult female from the South Umpqua River near the fairgrounds. Deputies canvassed a nearby homeless camp and determined that Diana Dallagiacomo, age 44, had been missing for about two weeks. Her disappearance had not been reported to police. Diana Dallagiacomo is a transient who recently moved to the Roseburg area from the Ashland area.

On 05-13-13, an autopsy was performed at the Oregon State Medical Examiner’s Office in Clackamas, OR. The body was identified as Diana Dallagiacomo.

Complete autopsy results are pending, but initial findings show no indications of foul play.

Last night the next of kin was notified in Chico, CA
