Detective Kevin Dodds has been selected as the Sheriff's Office recipient of the Roseburg Optimist Club Operations Deputy of the Year award for 2023. Detective Dodds was selected by his peers and supervisors for his commitment to the agency and his tireless dedication to his cases. He has served with our agency for 29 years.
